چکیده

Realgar, a traditional Chinese medicine, has notable antitumor activity and can be used in various hematologic tumor solid therapies wide range of clinical applications. Nanosized realgar possesses higher surface enhanced therapeutic effects on cancer cells compared with those bulk realgar. In this study, we reported the design high-performance nanorealgar quantum dots (NR QDs) aggregation-induced emission enhancement crystal units (CUs) addition hydrochloric acid. The fluorescence characteristics NR QDs are associated an optimized structure obtained by accelerating growth process CUs which smaller facilitate self-assembling arrangement complete structural optimization process, ultimately forming regular crystallization size quantization effect. To improve theranostic efficiency QDs, synthesized coupled tripeptide arginine–glycine–aspartic acid (RGD) neovascular targeting. We intravenously injected NR@RGD into BALB/c mice bearing subcutaneously transplanted breast (4T1). Our results indicate that functional effective chemotherapeutic drugs anchor endothelial through active targeting effect, inhibit angiogenesis tumor, eventually “cut-off” nutrient-rich blood supply to tumor. This promising antiangiogenesis strategy induces penetrate tumor-fenestrated vascular networks potential value.

A surfactant-assisted redox hydrothermal route to prepare highly photoluminescent carbon quantum dots with aggregation-induced emission enhancement properties.

Highly PL carbon quantum dots (CQDs) were successfully prepared from C60 by introducing CTAB and H2O2 in aqueous NaOH under hydrothermal conditions. The CQDs displayed a nanoparticle aggregation-induced emission enhancement (NP-AIEE).

Photostable fluorescent organic dots with aggregation-induced emission (AIE dots) for noninvasive long-term cell tracing

Long-term noninvasive cell tracing by fluorescent probes is of great importance to life science and biomedical engineering. For example, understanding genesis, development, invasion and metastasis of cancerous cells and monitoring tissue regeneration after stem cell transplantation require continual tracing of the biological processes by cytocompatible fluorescent probes over a long period of t...

Multistimuli-responsive azobenzene nanofibers with aggregation-induced emission enhancement characteristics.

A new azobenzene-based chromophore was synthesized to create one-dimensional (1D) nanofibers with aggregation-induced emission enhancement characteristics. The enhanced red fluorescence of the fibrous structures can be switched off via mechanical pressure, friction, or heat by pressing, rubbing, or annealing.

Scalable Quantum Computing With “Enhancement” Quantum Dots

We propose a novel scheme of solid state realization of a quantum computer based on single spin “enhancement mode” quantum dots (QD) as building blocks. In the enhancement mode QD, just one electron can be brought into initially empty quantum dot, in contrast to the depletion mode QD based on expelling of electrons from multi-electron QDs by gates. The quantum computer architectures based on de...
